Background
Strwd supplies compostable packaging to cafes, restaurants, and event companies across Australia. Before working with Launchpad AI, all customer orders were placed via WhatsApp and email, invoicing was manual, and customers had no visibility over their order status or history.
The Challenge
The team was spending significant time each week manually processing orders, generating invoices, and responding to stock and delivery enquiries. There was no centralised system and no automation in place across any part of the customer journey.
What We Built
We conducted a full AI Workflow Audit across Strwd's operations and identified six high-impact automation opportunities. We then built a customer portal allowing trade customers to place orders, view invoices, and track delivery status without any manual handling. Automated invoicing, email notifications, and order confirmation workflows were implemented across the platform.
